This was a Saturday Night Theatre production of 'The Skin Game', broadcast on 22 January, 1949. Arthur Wontner and Charles Mortimer had been in the cast of the 1935 film, The Triumph of Sherlock Holmes, playing Holmes and Inspector Lestrade.
